Sciences Research Associates (DSRA) was formed in 1981 to meet the
needs of business, government, non-profit, and academic organizations
for high quality, strategy-oriented research services. We recognize the
value of business investments in customers and employees, and have
designed research systems which help to nurture long-term mutually
beneficial relationships with both. We are experts in customer
satisfaction engineering.
Decision Sciences specializes in customer
opinion and satisfaction surveys, and we have paved the way in
developing Tracking
Surveys which continuously monitor customer satisfaction. We
have refined the tools and expertise required to take advantage of
existing administrative data, as well as mount either one-time or
continuous tracking
surveys which measure customer product purchase and quality,
service interactions, re-purchase decision making, and the components
of satisfaction and loyalty. We have found that one key component of
customer satisfaction is the company’s business culture, thus
we have also refined employee attitude surveys to complement the
customer satisfaction measures.
We focus on helping to identify and fully
utilize the information needed to implement a business strategy
cost-effectively. The DSRA team developed its own unique software
systems that provide a convenient, fully-customized, and accountable
platform for the analysis of data – whether that involves
routine administrative data or survey instruments which we field.
Decision Sciences successfully combines
expertise in organizational and behavioral sciences with statistical
research methodologies and computer science to produce the research
necessary to support informed strategic decisions. DSRA provides
