Team Members

William J. Fisher, Esq, President & CEO
Bill serves as the President and CEO of DSRA and is keenly engaged in the strategic consulting, new business development and client relations for the Company. Bill has established his leadership position in developing marketing research solutions for clients custom-tailored to their unique requirements. Under his leadership, DSRA has established long term research and consulting relationships with a host of Fortune 500 firms.

Bill has expertise in the areas of survey methodology, questionnaire design, and data collection modes. He is also involved in all phases of sampling design, statistical modeling, weighting, data analysis and development of final study reports.

By profession, Bill is an experienced corporate attorney with mergers and acquisitions transactions totaling nearly $200 million dollars. Besides receiving his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law, Bill is licensed to practice in several jurisdictions, is a member of the American Bar Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association and one of a handful of attorneys licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Bill has also authored multiple business articles in such scholarly publications as Texas Lawyer.

Before coming to DSRA, Bill gained extensive strategic, operational and creative experience working for global companies such as Apollo Partners, L.P., KnowledgeNet, Oasis Holdings, Inc. and The White Glove Corporation which led him to direct many successful campaigns for dozens of companies with their marketing efforts.

Kathleen Shields, Ph.D., Research Analyst
Dr. Shields holds a Ph.D. in Sociology. She worked on survey research the Social Science Research Institute of the USC, Los Angeles Suicide Prevention Center, and the Veterans Administration. She taught Research Methods and Statistics at Occidental College and USC. At DSRA, Dr. Shields is responsible for project administration, research development, survey design, and research implementation.

Alex Currie, Senior Data Analyst/Programmer
Mr. Currie holds a B.A. from Occidental College and has extensive data processing experience developing applications for research purposes. He has five years of experience in SAS programming utilizing Unix, VMS, and MVS platforms. At DSRA, Mr. Currie is responsible for the creation of automated data processing procedures and the design of customized survey data reports.

Jocelyn Pantano, Research Project Administrator
Ms. Pantano manages and coordinates client services for DSRA survey research projects. She provides administrative support for data collection and reporting. Ms. Pantano has comprehensive experience with the organization of health and medical related research studies. Her duties include design of survey instruments and supervision of project documentation activities. Jocelyn is involved in proofing deliverables for clients and ensuring accuracy and consistency across the company.

Jim Angerman, Survey Operations Manager
Mr. Angerman manages DSRA’s survey processing facilities. He is responsible for the efficient processing of all outbound and incoming survey mailings, address imprinting, mail and response accounting, open-end item coding, and distribution of monthly reports. Jim’s expertise includes brand equity, brand health tracking, segmentation, targeting, positioning and concept testing.

Moises Conde, Systems Analyst
Moises is our billing administrator and is responsible for the creation and support of the company billing systems including automated data processing and specific client billing procedures as well as the design of customized survey data reports. Moises also oversees specific client accounts and manages account parameters and processes as well as handling sensitive client data deliverables.

Pedro Ramirez, Production Analyst
Pedro handles all of the company’s scanning and informational input systems. He is responsible for designing and implementing client survey set up protocols. He oversees all coding and response integrity of client survey data and open ended transcription projects.

Joseph Martin, Customer Relations Manager
Joe is normally our company’s first line of contact with our varied client base. Because of this, Joe is responsible for maintaining direct client contact regarding all web portal records. He maintains and updates the company’s portal training materials for clients on a daily basis. Joe oversees our help division helping clients get registered to our report center, setting up passwords and providing answers to any other questions regarding the scores and functions on the report center portal. Joe also oversees the training of clients on new offerings and reports. Joe also edits and codes projects to prepare the data for online display to various clients.
